Name of product: "EGESE" wood wax oil series
Product description: "EGESE" "EGESE" wood wax oil is a new type of decorative coatings for wood ware, with natural vegetable oil and wax as base material. It has gone through three-level filtering, and 5 procedures. EGESE does not contain any toxic and harmful substances and it’s also moisture-proof, anti-fouling, wearable, anti-UV and stable. Brushing on the wood ware forms on the surface many pores, non-cracking, not peel off, not turn up.
Scope: applicable to all indoor and outdoor wood products (including wooden furniture in damp environment).
Packing: 0.75L, 2.5L, and other packaging specifications.
Usage
- Base material treatment:
  1. Requirement on semi-finished product: wood moisture content shall not exceed 20%;
  2. Polishing: polish the wood surface with 150-220 eyed sandpaper;
  3. Filling the holes: apply transparent putty or putty of the same color to the nailhole, knurr and holes;
  4. Cleaning: keep the surface clean and dry, greaseless and dustless before brushing.
- Operation description
  1. Mixing: well stir it after opening the can;
  2. Brushing: brush "EGESE" wood wax oil evenly along the extension direction of wood texture with cotton cloth, hard brush or other tools. When it gets slightly dried, wipe the uneven coating with clean cotton cloth to make the painted wood surface smooth. Paint it the second time when the surface get dried;
  3. Brush the surface evenly and do not leave any space unpainted;
  4. If you need a gloss, you can polish the touch dry surface with scouring pad after 6 hours to achieve the polished effect.
- Operation method
  - Stir evenly and brush directly, no need to use primer or dilute. Evenly brush 1-2 times.
  - Spreading rate: 22-24 ㎡ / L
  - Drying time : Maintain the surface ventilated. Dry time ( touch dry): 2 - 6 hours, Dry time (hard dry): 12 - 24 hours.
- Maintenance and retreading
  1. Maintenance: clean the old wood surface to make it dry, greaseless and dustless, then re-brush;
  2. Retreading: if the wood surface has already been applied wood wax oil, clean the surface of wood and directly brush it again; if the wood surface was applied the traditional paint before, restore it to the effect of new wood surface by using the retreading agent or by polishing, then follow the above steps.
- Notes
  - "EGESE" wood wax oil can not be mixed with other paint or coating;
  - Pre-painting treatment. Polish the surface to a smooth condition and maintain the surface clean and dustless;
  - Cautions on products storage (1. Stored in clean, dry and sealed container; 2. Product depositary shall be kept ventilated and dry, and prevented from the sun and rain, isolated from the fire source, and away from source of heat; 3. Storage period of one year and validity period of 5 years).
